Article 1.Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern bookings and rentals made via the website ledomainedailleurs.fr or through the channels listed below, for short-stay cottage rentals and furnished tourist accommodation offered by Domaine d’Ailleurs.
Article 2.Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). They include VAT and any other taxes applicable on the day of booking, unless stated otherwise.
Domaine d’Ailleurs reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. However, the rental is invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of booking confirmation.
The rentals remain the property of Domaine d’Ailleurs until full payment of the stay has been received.
Article 3.Bookings
Bookings may be made:
- via the website ledomainedailleurs.fr,
- by phone on +33 7 68 48 74 82,

- or through third-party booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, LeBonCoin, etc.).
Any booking implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 4.Booking confirmation
The booking is considered final once confirmation has been sent by Domaine d’Ailleurs (or by the partner platform) and, where applicable, once the deposit has been paid.
Booking confirmation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A booking summary is sent to the customer by email.
Article 5.Payment
Payment for the stay may be made:
- online by credit card via a secure payment system (for example Stripe),
- through partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.),
- or according to the payment terms indicated during a direct booking.
For direct bookings, a 30% deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 5 days before arrival.
Article 6.Security deposit
A security deposit may be requested in the form of a card pre-authorisation. This is not an immediate charge, but a pre-authorised hold.
This pre-authorisation is released within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage, deterioration or serious breach of the house rules is identified.
Article 7.Cancellation and modification
7.1 Direct bookings (website, phone, email)
For bookings made directly with Domaine d’Ailleurs, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation at least 5 days before the arrival date: cancellation free of charge and refund of sums paid (excluding any bank fees).
- Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date or no-show: the full stay remains payable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Domaine d’Ailleurs.
Any request for modification (dates, number of guests, type of cottage) is subject to Domaine d’Ailleurs’ approval and depends on availability. In the event of a late change equivalent to a cancellation, the above conditions may apply.
7.2 Bookings via third-party platforms
For bookings made through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Abritel or similar, the cancellation conditions specific to each platform apply. Customers are invited to refer to the terms displayed at the time of booking.
Article 8.Availability
Rentals are offered subject to the availability shown on the website and on partner platforms. In the event of exceptional unavailability after confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
An alternative solution or a refund of sums paid may be offered, without any further compensation.

Any unauthorised reproduction or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
